Why We Built This

Our founding team includes a Chief Medical Information Officer who has seen firsthand how conflicting policies lead to patient safety events, a survey readiness specialist who has guided organizations through dozens of accreditation cycles, and a technology leader building the AI engine that makes continuous compliance possible. We've been in the room when auditors ask for documentation. We've managed the aftermath of CMS findings. We built the tool we wished existed.
